I would like to provide you with some feedback about my experience with two of your sales staff, Dan and Jeff. Even though a deal could not be reached they made me feel nothing less than like i have been dealing with your dealership for years. I feel if nothing else I have gained two friends in my life. They both should be commended for their professionalism and courtesy they both seemed very divorced in dealing with motorcycles.Again my experience in dealing with these two individuals was nothing less than great. thank for a great experience and maybe next time a deal can be completed. The past week I came in to buy some parts for my FLHTCU... The parts were not in stock and had to be ordered from H-D so I paid and left... The salesman told me to call on Friday around 1pm to make sure they had been delivered. Well I called at 1pm and found out the parts were there but the dealership was closing due to the snow storm, I was disappointed to say the least, but the salesman Robie Sturtevant said if I could be there in a reasonable time he would what for me since I had paid when ordered,,, sure enough 25 minutes later, Robie was waiting for me at the customer lounge door with my parts in hand… Robie never hesitates to help out the customer... In my years with dealing with salespeople, from cars to electronics, I have never had a better sales experience. Dan Richardson is a pleasure to deal with, James in finance makes makes the complicated simple, Rod and Daniel in parts know their business frontwards and backwards and makes it easy to customize your bike, the service staff is knowledgeable, and quick, and Kristin, Brenna, Megan and indeed all of the ladies in MotorClothes have never steered me wrong. Purchasing my 2014 Ultra Limited was the easiest, fastest, most headache free experience I have ever had. Please give your most professional staff my heartfelt thanks for a job well done. Over the last several days I have had to stop by for different things that came up. Each time I was promptly greeted with enthusiasm. No matter what department I was there for they were always very helpful. Even people in other departments that I was not there for were helpful. Buckeye is best dealership I've been to.

Just wanted to say 'THANK YOU' and tell you how wonderful your dealership is. After leaving Key West on my 2011 H-D Road King Classic on Monday, March 31, 2014, I made it to Florence KY on Wed. April 2nd. It was balls out raining and the best I could do was ride to Buckeye Harley-Davidson on Thurs. morning in a thunderstorm. I had called Dustin at Buckeye H-D Thurs. morning and relayed that I was a rider from Cleveland Ohio and I needed to store my Bike for a couple days until the weather broke. Fortunately my son goes to college at UD and he was coming home this weekend anyway. Well, let me tell you, when I arrived at your dealership in that ugly rain storm, I was greeted by Dustin and given VIP red carpet treatment at your dealership. Dustin gave me a tour of your place and introduced me to Dan in parts, Tracey in motor clothes and several other members of your team that made me feel like a rock star. Then when I returned on Sunday, April 6 to pick up my bike and make the final ride home, even though Dustin was not there, you employees remembered me and immediately brought out my bike. I asked what I owed and was answered kindly with 'you don't owe us anything, ride safe'! Being part of the 'Harley-Davidson Family' was never more reinforced than this display of friendliness. I look forward to participating in some of your events and when I'm ready to buy my second H-D motorcycle (I'm never selling my Road King) I'm going to buy from your dealership. I ordered a Willie G Skull jacket and it was put on backordered longer (Sept. 11th) than I was originally told. Tracy picked up the phone and started calling other H-D dealerships and found me one in West Virginia and I had it within a week. What great customer service.

To whom it may concern:I have been let down time and time again by Harley-Davidson dealerships and their jerk off employees. This has not been the case at your dealership, and this makes me a happy customer. I have a Buell and all but one other dealership besides yours seems to have a strong hatred for Buells and their riders. We are used to this, but I haven't had this experience at Buckeye H-D.Thank you, and your staff/dealership for having that very hard to obtain customer oriented drive in this business. It shows.
