On 07/21/19 I visited Buckeye HD for the first time. I needed oil and a filter for my 2014 street glide. I had to look at the new street glides as I walked through the shop and Sam Pefferly started talking to me and gave me the tour. Well after about an hour or so I returned the oil and filter and purchased a new street glide.I even rode her home that afternoon. Sam and Fred had to work on me for a while but in the end I was happy with their offer and after calling my wife she was happy too. So I love my new street glide and have put over 1,400 miles on her the first month. So I purchased the VIB plan and I highly recommend that and I brought her back for service on 8/24/19. The service department is fabulous they are very professional and really know their shit. I had Rinehart slip on mufflers, Rinehart head pipes and Rinehart air filter and stage one tuner installed. I would recommend this to anyone wanting more performance and louder bike. They gave me a loaner bike while mine was in the shop for the day. Fantastic, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable with any HD bike. They done an excellent job on my bike she sounds great and runs super great. I am very happy with my first service experience. I highly recommend Buckeye Harley. They have a huge inventory and a very knowledgeable, helpful and caring staff. Kalebb Estep helped me find exactly what I was looking for. No pressure to buy!! This is my first Harley, so he took the time to help me understand all about H-D and differences between all the models. He was very patient and responsive over several days because I wasn't sure what I was looking for. I ended up with a great deal on a used FLHTK. About a month ago I decided on trading in my current motorcycle and moving to a touring bike. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and needed a lot of questions answered. Cori approached me as I came in and was very friendly. We started talking and he took the time to answer all my questions. His knowledge was very helpful in my decision making process. This is a great dealership except for the service department. I recently had my wife's 1000 mile service on her Harley 750 Street and the service department called me the next day and said they weren't going to work on the bike until I told them to do the complete service or just a 1000 mile oil change, so I directed them at that point to do just the oil change and that was noted to my account. The next day when I came to pick up the bike I was surprised that I was charged for the 1000 mile service… I received no calls telling me that they changed my service plan! I asked the service tech if I could see a report of the services performed and he just showed me a standard 1000 mile checklist for all I know I could have just paid lot of money for an oil change. The service department is a real black eye for Buckeye it's a real shame.

The folks at Buckeye Harley-Davidson (H-D) are top-notch. To name a few - Logan, Jeff, Bobby, and Sarah were extremely accommodating when my wife and I visited the Dayton area back in June, when we ultimately purchased our first H-D motorcycles. My riding experience was previously only on dirt in the motocross world and my wife was a newbie to the street scene altogether… the staff at Buckeye H-D could not have been more pleasurable to interact with. They were patient with our questions and walked us through the entire line-up of bikes to make sure we found the most compatible bike to match our size and skill levels. In addition to the above mentioned staff, the service department and accessory staff were very nice to work with providing resourceful feedback and guidance. Ultimately, making the out-of-state purchase could have been a very painful process; however, Buckeye H-D made the transaction seem effortless. I want to let H-D Corp. know what a wonderful group of people working at Buckeye Harley-Davidson from the owners down to the newest employee. You feel welcome the minute you step foot in the building. They all speak to you and offer to help you or if you want to look around they offer you the choice to ask questions or to stop someone after you have looked around, but they are never far away to help you in an instant. This is our second bike from Buckeye and we recommend Buckeye to everyone we talk t. We have had two other people go and check them out and one of them bought a trike early this previous fall. I also want to let you know that we have been to many H.D. stores throughout the U.S. even as far as Hawaii and I still haven't found a store that I feel more welcome in. Every single person that works there are fantastic, but being a human you tend to have your favorites and we are not any different. I would like to mention these particular employees; Brenna, Jeff, Kyle, Shawn, Tim in service, and I can't forget to mention Kristin! Even though these employees are mentioned, without all of the other employees there, it would not be the same. We have an H.D. store less than two miles from our home and we will not go back there, we will drive to Dayton just to see our "family" at Buckeye. That is the way makes you feel when walk into that store. Also it is great when the owners stop and talk with you while you are in the store and they tend to remember who you are. Hmm… Not sure what Buckeye everyone else is referring to..? This is without doubt the coolest shop I have experienced and the personnel there are friendly and true professionals. It's like shopping at a place your family owns! I'll put it this way.. I went to buy a jacket for my wife for Christmas. Two days later we are going back to finish a deal on a CVO. When local… I will NEVER shop anywhere else for ANYTHING Harley! I've dealt with the other shops around here. One down south is nice, but lacks in inventory and in friendly staff. The other down south… OMG.. Don't get me started. But Buckeye… I absolutely love the shop AND the folks, and they worked with me without hesitation to get me the deal I could feel good about. THAT IS NOT typical for a Harley Dealership. All I can say is, it is the new favorite hang out for me and my wife. She is treated like royalty there. WORLD CLASS!!

I'd just like to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I've received at Buckeye Harley-Davidson. Starting with the day you sat down in front of me with the price of my 2011 Road King to this very day; I've received nothing but excellent service. As many people do, I've made some changes to my bike with the help of Rob and Gene at the parts counter. Having knowledgeable staff members like this makes being a customer easy. People like this make you want to come back.I've been to the service department on a number of occasions reckoning what changes I wanted to make to the intake, exhaust and power train control system. The Service Manager, Shelby, has been nothing but patient in answering my questions, even when he was swamped with work. On one occasion, Shelby had the security system disabled (at my request) while I waited and charged me nothing. Little things like that make you want to do business at Buckeye.Yesterday I picked up my motorcycle from the stage one performance appointment and my bike was washed, wow. Hell, I don't wash it; talk about impressed. As soon as I rode away I knew that once again I'd made the right choice. Just wanted to say 'THANK YOU' and tell you how wonderful your dealership is. After leaving Key West on my 2011 H-D Road King Classic on Monday, March 31, 2014, I made it to Florence KY on Wed. Then when I returned on Sunday, April 6 to pick up my bike and make the final ride home, even though Dustin was not there, you employees remembered me and immediately brought out my bike. I am so impressed by Buckeye H-D that I wish that other businesses were run the same. When I walk through the doors, I know that I am not going to be jerked around no matter what I am doing there. I go to parts and Rod knows my name and laughs because he knows I'm there to buy another part that we had discussed before. The ladies in the apparel department always guide me to exactly what I want, not the most expensive perhaps, but what would be best for me. You have the best service department in the area not excluding the auto dealerships. I have never come away dissatisfied and I always get a straight answer. Your sales and finance staff are second to none. No pushing, no rushing, no ganging up, always honest information. When I purchased my bike from you, it took about 90 minutes from walking in the door to shaking hands at completion and most of that was picking the bike. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing from Buckeye Harley. I actually had a couple of people tell me stories of bad experiences with Buckeye. But I set out with my brother-in-law to look for a bike for my fiance. I was looking at used when Daniel came to assist me. It was almost closing time but he never, ever rushed me. He even showed me around the store to look at additional bikes in the back. I had NO plans on purchasing a new bike, but it wasn't long before he had me sold. I never once felt like he was pushy or that I was an inconvenience. He was very informative and took care of tracking down the color I wanted. The purchasing process went smoothly and my fiance was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to also write you and tell you that JD in your parts department is top notch! I've spoken to him on the phone as well as in person a few times. He has been very helpful in helping me choose new slip-on exhaust covers. He has also helped me with future purchases. I actually ask for him when I call because I feel like he guides in the right direction for my purchase. These two guys, Daniel & JD, have sold me on your dealership. They both have given me excellent customer service. I will refer everyone I know to Buckeye. As I said I've heard some bad stories and I'm glad that I met Daniel so that I felt comfortable enough to purchase from Buckeye. just wanted to send you a note and express how pleased I have been with the entire team and the total experience I have recently had with Buckeye Harley-Davidson. I traded in my 2001 Duece in late September 2012 for a new 2013 Street Glide. So far every time I walk through your doors I am greeted by multiple people. We just purchased a used 2005 Fat Boy and stopped by to get helmets. The sales lady was EXCELLENT - cute little blond with short spikey hair...she knew her stuff. I would like to purchase "F&S" t-shirts but want the "girl cut" style in lieu of the crew neck guy type. Maybe they were there but I just didn't see them.
